Los Campesinos! played a high-octane arrange on the Other Stage at 12:40pm (BST) this afternoon (June 28) at Glastonbury, during which frontman Gareth Campesinos! cheeckily described All Tomorrow�s Parties as “the best festival in the UK”. The band were playing in the conspicuous sunshine, as the endure cleared up after a drizzly start to the festival yesterday (June 27). After opening with �Broken Heartbeats Sound Like Breakbeats�, later four songs Gareth Campesinos! said, “This is a song in the vein of ‘Na�ve’ by The Kooks. It’s about the best festival in the UK � ATP.” Later on in the set he paid tribute to Jay-Z, due to headline the Pyramid Stage tonight. “Make sure you go and see Jay-Z,” he told the crowd. “He’s the best thing to hap to Glastonbury in years.” The band ended with a pumped-up version of ‘Sweet Dreams Sweet Cheeks’, during which Gareth Campesinos! leaped into the crowd, much to their delight, tattle most of the song among the fans.
